Thank you Lord he's in a room and the surgeon is getting things going! I was thinking Jim should go back to Halifax too. Hope you keep him in a hospital for at least a few more days. He will do better on IV fluids and antibiotics and that special bed as his wound is serious business so whenever they say He can go home I'd request he stay one more day. You should probably get that mattress for him when he is discharged. Prayers for Jim and Angie and the medical personnel for healing, strength and wisdom. ❤ God bless Don and Laura!

I have 4 Australian Shepherds and never ever leave them outside alone! When they go outside I'm outside with them the whole time. Some people like to leave their dogs outside. Excess barking like that is not fair to the neighbors and very annoying. . A trained guard dog only barks when there is a threat. My neighbor ties her dog up out front. The pit bull she has just wanders all over the neighborhood. We have had a terrible heat wave and the dog is outside. I leave for work at 4am. The dog is outside, tied to the tree, the porch lights are off and the inside house lights are off!!! If your going to have a dog take care of it and respect your neighbors.

Everynight when I watch, I think of my Sister's old landlord, Ed. He fed the raccoons every night just like Jim. I had never seen that many raccoons at once and was amazed at how Ed handled them. They were his life just like Jim and now you Angie that reminds me of my friend Angie

Your haircut looks very nice, Angie! 😍 Crabby reminds me of my 2 rescue cats. They would rather eat kitty dry food any day! I have tried every kind of wet food, if it doesn't have gravy, they won't touch it, if it does have gravy, only one will lick the gravy only up. Our vet says hers is the same way. It still amazes me how all these wild animals have taken to you and Jim. I can understand (somewhat) the older ones, but even the babies seem to have some kind of instinct that lets them know you are "OK!" So sweet to see this interaction. Thank you for sharing all this love!
