Hi, I'm from Spain and this way of cooking the shrimo and oisters remminded me of the spanish traditional dish "gambas al ajillo". Is the same way of cooking but only using garlic, cayene and shrimps. I love your channel altought I only understand a bit of japanese.

Kaneko actually said he will make ajillo out of the oysters at the beginning. So it is an ajillo, perhaps Japanese interpreted style.
