Dang. If I wasn't so old and decrepit, I'd be on the next plane to visit that family - maybe even stay. I love watching Grandma teach the kids. Best thing ever. Taught my great-grandkids to cook, starting each at 7 yrs old, standing on a chair to watch like my Dad taught me, walking them through the scents and aromas of herbs and spices so that when they reached the chop and dice phase a few months later, they'd have a feel for what feels right and smells good. Respectfully, to get the most out of this recipe, it would be helpful to have the quantities listed in the description. A written recipe with measurements is the minimum viewers expect from a cooking/baking video. It allows viewers to easily follow along at home and makes the video much more informative. Unfortunately, without those details, this video feels more like a showcase than a teaching tool. I believe you're missing out on many potential subscribers by not including a complete recipe. I'll check out another video in the future to see if this is addressed.
