You are right about management, they are rude, not humble like educator manager should be. They treat everybody like their cadets, so they have to implement tough discipline. Even admission staff is not attending calls, not returnuing emails. No acknowledgment of fee recived or document needed. Totally blank and ghost type. I experience it most recently.

true, universities are the only business in which the employees behave like the client and the client has to behave like an employee, this is the reason why every year tons are spent on propaganda and brainwashing to make the people accept that university degrees are a must to survive in the job market, when in reality the methods being used here are so outdated that these degrees are of absolute no value. I see less educated technicians daily, having jobs that engineers should have, but when engineers come with absolutely no knowledge about the field, bcz of the curriculum they've been taught, hardly anyone is willing to invest on them. So this cycle keeps repeating, people keep sending their kids to private unis, considering them a must, as a result the universities never have to face competition or improve their service to get more students, students will automatically come no matter what.

Ex air uni graduate(batch 15) This is one of the worst universities in Pakistan. Air force k bacho ko facilitate kartay ha sirf, civilians ko to insan hi nai samajhtay. Aur han idr 2 qabristan hai Aik electrical department aur uskay andar telecom department. And i graduated in telecom engineering. Aur teachers saray itnay hi qabil hai k sirf power point ki slides parhni ati ha inko sir behman ko salaam
