Visited the show unit, the 3rd room (next to the kitchen) where the developer has used a partition instead of closing it up with a full partition (actual room) so to make the whole unit look bigger n more spacious is not a right thing to do. A full partition should be built to show the actual layout. I m sure when the actual unit is built with the wall, the unit will look smaller. Also if u go to the site, the high tension wire is quite close to the project. I booked but cancelled bcoz of the high tension wire.

Toilet can't put bath tub, master bedroom wardrobe facing bed can't put TV in front of bed, feel that the 2 rooms (facing balcony view) is rather small, while developer make the living room too big. Open Kitchen is not good fengshui

Is a 1k sqft unit bro, bath tub and TV in the room are not practical for this unit size. Later you complain toilet so small put bath tub inside. Than living room too small, since the room so big.
