I put a washi tape piece on the end of the paper roll every time I take the paper roll out - this way it’s easy to store, it doesn’t unroll and it’s not damaging the paper :)

Hello. Yes i tried it. I also tried resetting it. When i reset, it works, so do i have to reset it all the time? I know it’s not broken, but i don’t know how to get used to it. You print so easily, but why mine is like this 😔

Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. Have you tried it with another mobile device to see if the same thing happens? Also, if your printer is new and you purchased it directly from their website, it has a 1 year warranty. You can definitely reach out to them with this problem and send a new one for you :)

Hi Jiyana! Yes it is! It’s also stated in their website’s FAQ for your reference ☺️ “Paperang supports basic thermal paper, label thermal paper and sticker thermal paper. Paperang’ s official paper has passed BP-A test, and it is BPA free.”
