Bro i think i decoded Bella's vocals. Here i created a list 1. Sing as close as to the mic to get proximity effect 2. Lowcut the fundamental and boost mids Because of the proximity effect the lows and mids are effected but you cut the Lows and still have body in mids 3. Heavily compress -15db+ fast attack n release to give pump and body in mids 4. Use of tape saturation to add higher harmonic also saturate mids more 5. Always use parallel processing also removing fundamental Example: lowcut 200-300hz 1ms attack 50-100ms release -20 reduction -15-20 blend 6. Mainly focus on 2nd fundamental and cutting the 1st fundamental and making 2nd fundamental the first fundamental 2nd way Reduce lows with low shelf -10-20dB at 500hz Then Normal processing Then at the end of chain boost lows with low shelf +5-+10dB at 500hz In that way the plugins will only affect mids and highs and don't affect lows Soo lows will remain the same but mids and highs will enhance through processing I've also noticed that Bella heavily compress his vocals but he add dynamic back using dynamic eq or expansion Also in saturn 2 there is a module when the transient hits it boosts saturation By using these tricks he make his vocals the way they are. So he will heavily compress his vocals but add dynamic in some part Example: 1. His highs are very dynamic but not harsh he will deess heavily then adds dynamic using dynamic eq or upwards compressor on highs 2. His lows are very compressed and ducked down 3. His nasal tones are also compressed 4. Lows, harsh and nasal frequencies has no dynamics they are flat but mids and highs has lots of dynamics especially highs 5. So just over-compress your vocals then use a multiband compressor or dynamic eq to add dynamics to highs and mids. Also on saturn 2 create bands on highs and mids and modulate them so when the transient hit they saturate more so transients will saturate mids and highs but not lows
