John Fishtots The show is basically about the survival of humanity, who are forced to hide behind 3 50 metre high walls from giant grotesque, humanoid like beings called Titans who eat humans as if they were cattle. Humanity has also been segregated into towns scattered around 3 sections of the walls, Wall Maria (the outer most wall where mostly the poor and the citizens resign), Wall Rose (the second most wall where mostly shopkeepers and industrialists live) and wall Sina (The first wall where the king and the aristocracy and rich live (even though they don’t do anything to help the others)) For 100 years Humanity has been kept safe behind the 3 walls, however, although the wall is 50 metres high, they never accounted for a 60 metre Titan to kick a hole into Wall Maria, allowing Titans to get in and eat the humans. Having lost their homes and their families in the Titan invasion, Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert join a military camp in Wall Rose, designed to train you to either police the city, defend the walls or scout out the lands and kill Titans while using a machine that enables you to fly using gas and cables called the Omni-directional manoeuvre Gear (ODM for short). Now, Eren Jaeger adamantly wants to join the Scouts to get revenge for the death of his mother, (and to kill all Titans) but is basically a bad tempered, often self centred boy who regularly argues with his allies, his childhood friends and his superiors. This attitude changes when , the 60 metre Titan appears again after 5 years and kicks a hole into Wall Rose allowing the titans who entered Wall Maria into the town nearest Wall Rose, a battle begins but it ends badly with Eren being swallowed whole by a Titan. But don’t think you can’t keep a good man down for with a main protagonist comes the ‘sod death, I’m a main character’ and out of the Titan comes ANOTHER 15 metre tall Titan that slightly resembles Eren but with a bad haircut, this Titan doesn’t eat the humans though, instead it beats the living crap out of the other Titans. Because of using up all his energy on beating up Titans, this rogue Titan collapses and tearing out of the nape, comes our boy Eren, who is soon afterwards crushed in a hug by his adopted sister/friend/romantic interest Mikasa. What remains surprising though is that Eren is able to turn back into a Titan by biting his hand to draw blood. The counter attack begins with humanity assisting Eren’s new Titan form to block the hole the 60 metre Titan made earlier using a boulder the Titan asskicking carries on before in the end Wall Maria is blocked off by a boulder. Now. Ymir is another person who can turn into a Titan and revert back to human form and like Eren, she is not brainless in her Titan form (which I think is 5 metres tall) the power she holds is known as the Jaws Titan which grants the user powerful jaws that can rip and tear anything apart and due to its small frame, it is very fast, very athletic. I once took a walk with my friend in the woods by my college and I’m pretty sure she explained all that and I listened but it was like a year ago.
