You can't sell a watch with good hardware you need good software to interact well with your high quality processors and chips , The reason his watch fails is lack of testing and market awareness . UI of the watch should be top notch with quality of hardware but his watch ui was same as 1 000 rupees smartwatch use to give . In Software Engineering WE use to taught that a software product without good amount of testing , and matching other competitors in terms of performance and quality is not good IDK why he just want to sell................... I hope Bhagwan give some these knowledge

If he use pre built firmware or used firmware of processor company than what's wrong in it , most of the people don't know exact meaning of firmware(os and firmware are two different things), firmware includes address of processor core etc , and there is almost impossible to build your own firmware from scratch because cost is two much and he could not generate that much amount from this watch
