Nice video of the 1874 Sharps Rifle and Malcom scope, except for one thing. What looks like a 300 gr. jacketed Hollow Point round. A 500 or 550 gr. cast bullet would be a better round for a long range rifle.

Sorry, should have expanded re MHO. Great video, great rifle... but a torched singing that could be evocative of, say 'the highest angst and torment of human existence, self sacrificing heroism', befitting e.g. the final dying scene in Gladiator ... Hmmm, a bit much perhaps? ... e.g. the Constable of France's dry remark, in Shakespeare's Henry V, following the Dauphin of France's over-the-top poetry the night before the battle: Dauphin: "What a long night is this! I will not change my horse with any that treads but on four pasterns. Ca, ha! he bounds from the earth, as if his entrails were hairs; ... When I bestride him, I soar, I am a hawk: he trots the air; the earth sings when he touches it; the basest horn of his hoof is more musical than the pipe of Hermes. ... he is pure air and fire; and the dull elements of earth and water never appear in him, but only in patient stillness while his rider mounts him: he is indeed a horse; and all other jades you may call beasts."
