Sweet, sour, spicy and some earthiness. What a great commination of flavors. There's so much ginger in this and I love it! I love the idea of making a big batch, amazing that you can store this for a year. I'll bet it will only last a few weeks. What a smart idea to temper it as we eat it so the freshness of the flavored oil will give a nice aroma as well as yumminess. Excellent recipe. I've never had ginger chutney before but I really want to try it now. I would go well with anything even as a relish or condiment. I love it! 🤤🤗👍
