Why is the 42FSKG only 96" wide? All the other Riverstones are 102"; even the similar 37FLTH.

It's a 102"s wide like all the other Riverstones. The factory had it listed wrong when I made the video and I didn't catch it at the time.

This was, by far, one of the best RV overview videos I've ever viewed. While it was lengthy, it was all valuable information. No time was wasted on fluff. Adding the golf cart portion was really helpful. Thanks for taking the time to film and edit such an informative video. And this is a beautiful rig.

I AM SO GLAD THEY FINALLY MOVED THE STOVE AWAY FROM THE WINDOW. THAT WAS DANGEROUS DUE TO FLAMES NEAR BLINDS AND CLEANER SO YOU ARE NOT CLEANING COOKING SPLATTER OFF THE WINDOW AND BLINDS DAILY. GOOD MOVE RIVERSTONE. WISH THEY COULD NOW ADD A HALF BATH TO THIS MODEL.....
@mindydanberry71614 жыл бұрын
1/2 baths are really needed. I believe if they maximize storage, you could give up a pantry in most units. These up-down-up models don’t allow for it. I’d prefer having our bathroom supplies left out (neatly, of course) but I don’t think my guest need to know what toothpaste or shampoo I use 🤣
@shannonstewart47924 жыл бұрын
@@mindydanberry7161 Omg same here Mindy. They need to get some women involved in the designs of RVs nowadays. Especially women with kids. Some things women just wouldn't sign off on. Like floor vents next to toilet's. Men and little boys can barely hit the bowl at times. Who wants to smell accidental splashes from a floor vent💜
@Aambertyme3 жыл бұрын
@@shannonstewart4792 I so agree! I have hubby who had a stroke, and he splashes all over the place. I am considering hanging "puppy pee pads" on the wall and on the floor around the toilet (when we finally buy) to catch his unappreciated artistic changes. While not very aesthetic, it will save me having to get down to do a lot of scrubbing, which I am unable to do anymore.

The best presentation I have ever seen. Slow and steady with tons of information. The Can-Am Commander is exactly 60" wide by 120" long. How do you get in and out of it when you park it in there? How do you tie it down with no space to work? Everything was good up until the garage portion, then uh oh! Damn! Instantly eliminates this trailer for people who own an average size side by side. Really unfortunate. Such a beautiful "toy hauler" that can't fit an average toy.

Thanks for listening to me Riverstone putting the oven and cooktop where the sink was and having no ventilation for it , was a bad idea and the reason I didn’t and don’t own a Riverstone NOW you have an excellent perfect set up with a V/hood above the range I’ll be purchasing soon! SOLD! A tiny feature that would be useful is a big flat shelf on top of the washer dryer unit to use that space for the laundry soap and other related items, like to see an option for the spare tire in the garage simply mounted to the wall (sitting on the floor) as an option , Would improve under side clearance

I personally would rather not have the island with stove in the middle. I would love the open space, the oven on the side. I love this particular model for the versatility to be used by a couple, a single, or family of 4. The added features allows to go into a cooler season. But not completely sure if I would want to try extreme cold. This was a perfectly beautiful well designed home. I do love it, would think seriously of buying it, without the island if that was a option. Thank you for showing this fifth wheel.

An absolute must have ,HOWEVER i would go for light white rather then brown and i also would like to have a slidible 2 person bed sothat you can have more space if you want too,now my biggest wet dream would be to fully use it during long road trips because that would be awesome.
@rachelselby54693 жыл бұрын
I love that they listened to what customers want and made the changes from the previous model - especially the desk area. If I were designing my own, I'd ditch the kitchen island and the breakfast bar, put the stove in the side on the right, and use the space for a dinning table that sits 4. You have the beds for two guests so why not give them somewhere to eat too? Nice to eash the dishes with a window to look out of though.
@shannonstewart47924 жыл бұрын
What would also be kool is to allow access to the garage area from the bedroom. Most beds have storage underneath anyway so why not have a ladder that one can get to by lifting the foot of the bed to step down into the garage. And make the ramp door a patio deck option. those changes with a half bath would make this a full time palace.
@youkie53213 жыл бұрын
*BEAUTIFUL* I love the new upgrades. The desk in the living room is a great idea, especially just for couples that travel &/or live in p/t or f/t. I have always loved the step up designs. Really cute with the bar & stools at the top of the living room to eat at. I so wish there was a 1/2 bath for company to use and a master bath. There is so much storage in this home, inside & out, that is important. I love the two awnings outside w/led lighting. I like the new toy hauler design, it is perfect for the golf cart, a 4-wheeler or a couple of motor cycles. I wonder if you could make a laundry room out of it and use it for anything else you may want to use it for. I like it a lot, I bet it has a hefty price on it!!! Thanks so much for sharing 💗🌳👫🌷🚐💗

As soon as I saw the front refrigerator I checked the tongue weight, 4,000 pounds. 😳 That’s nearly in semi weight class. Beautiful, but you’re going to spend the cost of this unit on your tow vehicle as well. Beautiful, awesome, but it’s in a separate class. edit. I have to admit, it is designed well! From slides, closets, outlets, and furnace duct placements are all indications of a seasoned designer who has actually used the units. 👍🏼

I would much rather see the back end opened up and turned into a master bath or move the master bed closet and washer and dryer back there and make a master bath between the master bedroom and the rest of the living area. Love love love the front kitchen. My girlfriend and I spend most of our time in the kitchen cooking and canning from the garden so the kitchen is a huge plus for both of us. BuT like i said i would open the back up and make a larger master suite and a separate master bath from the rest of the trailer, I would love to upgrade to this RV from the one I already own. I have a 42ft Heritage Glen by forest river.
