Sir i sold a joint property where there is no defined share so will it be 50% automatically. Also in my buying price do i have to add only base price and registration value. Also while filing tax do i need to make the purchase and sale value also half for both of us.

I have one doubt, 2 years ago have claimed sec 54f exemption but cant use that money properly,now i want to reverse the amount,how will i show it in ITR and in which option i should choose for this.If it is mandatory to again fill all the sale consideration and acquisitions details.l have already given the details and paid taxes 2 years ago

Sir, I.T.dept. AIS of FY2023-24 wrongly reflect, the my residential property sold as twice. Actually, In maharastra state, first Agreement for Sale is done and the final Sale Deed is registered. The AIS is showing this transaction , as if, two seperate properties are sold. How to get it corrected. Thanks

I have a query related to capital gain There are 3 co-owners of the property and they have sold the plot to a single developer at Rs 1400000 So, each one of the share comes around at Rs 466667 and we will proportionate the cost of acquisition according and compute the capital gains However, in ITR form 3 there is a section which ask for Point F: in case of transfer of immovable property, please furnish the following details Name PAN Aadhar No Percentage of Share Amount Address of Property So, while filing the return for Co-Owner 1 we have to put 1400000 or we need to put 466667 i.e proportionate amount for buyer too
