Alladons are a 16+ closed species which is discussed at 12:48. So no, your can't make your own until you buy an officially registered alladon when you're 16 or over :)

Unfortunately no. As stated in the vid; they are a closed species. In order to get one, you'd have to buy one either from ThatAlbinoThing, the poucher artists, or someone from the community who is selling their own. ^-^

You're choosing to be spiteful and do things we have politely said we don't like. That's up to you if you want to be that person. If people copy Van Gogh, does that make them Van Gogh? Lots of people in the fandom want to support the original artists of things because this is how we make our living and we can provide them something to adore and be proud of, which is why I adore our community so much. It supports a handful of people who rely on art to help them pay their bills, and buy their food. That's a concept you won't, and I'm not expecting you to, understand because you're a kid. If you don't like something you don't have to be involved. CS are a form of business and a community for people who have similar interests. Nothing is stopping you buying gym equipment and working out at home, but that doesn't mean everyone else should cancel their gym memberships and stop going to work out with their friends.
