Allah is the Lord of the East & West. What about North and South?

Allah SWT Mentions in the Quran that he is the Lord of the East and the West countless number of times, but never mentions that he is the Lord of the North and South. Why is that?

Watching this in Ramadhan 2024 after reading Surah Ar Rahman and was pondering over the contents of the verse mentioning the Lord of the 2 easts and the 2 wests. The reason Allah hasn’t talked about north and south because there is not north pool and south pool , our earth is flat and stationary.

Also there are 2 types of poles. The North Pole, South Pole and the North Magnetic Pole, South Magnetic Pole. As we know, the north magnetic pole is moving southwards till the point that the sun will rise from the west, one of the signs of Judgement day. Because the north pole and south pole are fixed, i.e. they are moving in a fixed path, in that case the equator of the magnetic pole keeps on changing meaning that he is the lord of every part of earth.

We Muslims miss a very Important Point ; when do not translate the word " Rab" properly,. we say Lord; it does not means Lord at all; It means Nourisher or Sustainer; Here it means the one whyo has set rules amd quantification for the rise and descend of the sun; it is the scietific quatifications set by Allah ( The Rab, The Sustainer, the Nourisher). Here Allah is challnging and inviting human intellect that it has not happned automatically, there are scetific rule set by Allah/

Brother. The reason he dosent mention north and south. Its becuase the sun rises from east to west. And allah swt mentions 2 sun rises and 2 sun sets. Which rise and set from east and west. I can also further prove and detail this easily if you have an open mind

I´m sorry but I disagree with your interpretation. I think the quran only mentions east and west because those were the directions of sunrise ans sunset. The quran had no notion of the north pole, nor of a place where the sun does not set nor rise. IF we look insurah al-kahf, we see that Dhul qarnayn travelled east until he reached the edge of the earth where the sun sets. We know that the quran is refering to the edge of the world because Dhul qarnany travelled for more than one day which means he experienced many sunsets and sunrises. But the quran only talks about one single sunset...why? what made this sunset different from all the others he had seen? becasue this one was the actual setting place of the sun. And since we know that the quran refers to the western most part of the world, we know that the quran did not consider the earth to be round. So allah could not say east and west referring to the globe earth, but rather to the edge of the earth on the east and west.

@Furious Taco Warrior But it implies that he reached the edge. This is also the reason why the people of gog and magog are said to be trapped behind a wall and can´t escape. On a globe earth, the would simply walk or sail with a ship around the wall. But if you believe that the earth is flat then it becomes possible to trap people behind a wall built on the edge.

Why would anyone even mention the orbit of the sun and moon in thesame sentence unless they think the sun is also orbiting the earth like the moon does? The quran also says allah adorned the nearest heaven with stars which are used to pelt evil spirits from every direction, clearly thinking that meteorites are stars. The quran says that mountains are pegs which hold the earth down, indicating a lack of uderstanding of how the earth works. The 7 heavens mentioned in the quran reminds us of the 7 heavens in ancient geocentrism....coincidence much? The author or authors of the quran had very poor understanding of the earth and the galaxy.

@Furious Taco Warrior The quran says the only way the people of gog and magog can come out is by digging through the wall. This means that they were trapped with no other way around the mountains. This is only possible on a flat earth,
