(Narrated by al-Bukhari, 935; Muslim, 852. See also question no. 21748) 5. In Sujood (in prostration) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The closest that a person is to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so say a great deal of du’a then.” (Narrated by Muslim, 482) 5. May Allah grant you this if it is food for y make dua that you marry the one good for you how many sister and brothers have we seen desperate to marry someone and ends up in miserable situation down the line i for one begged Allah for a proposal from someone and he granted me it but i learned he has very bad manners and i nearly fell into that if it wasnt for Allah, he wanted me to see Alhamdulilah i did not learn the hard way when we make dua for something of the world, we should say 'Ya Allah grant me such and such, if it is good for my deen and dunya' and like in the dua of istikhaara it says ' remove it from me if it is harmful for my deen and dunya and give me that which is better and make me content with it'
