These 'specific words/actions' are prohibited at all times, or are disencouraged (Swearing, Backbiting etc). The point of the video is that ones fast could be invalidated due to these actions/words; this is because a lot Muslims incorrectly assume that the month of Ramadan is a merely a month where we fast from food and water, but it is more so a fast from all our bad actions/doings. We aim to stop these behaviours such that we can end the month with a cleaner heart and continue abstaining from what is wrong. I hope this brief explanation somewhat explains the purpose of Ramadan

What makes us Human is that we sin- but Allah never turns us away when ask for repetance. Allah knows we will 'break the laws', he expects this- but thats why he wants us to repent, and loves the sinners who keep coming back to him. Of course, repentence it is all about Intention- if one sincerely repents, with the intention of not doing the sin again we should have faith in Allah that we are forgiven, regardless of whether we carry out the sin again.

I’m not knocking fasting, but the Bible teaches us that there is a God watching always and we will give an account of what we did with the life he gave us on Judgement day. God and Jesus is the same God in a different form not equally as a trinity or something foolish like that the only similarities we have is we both believe in 1 God, not a trinity. truth is not negative it’s life, only woke persons don’t want the truth. I’m not attacking you I’m using logic just as Muslims use. The Quran teaches that Jesus is with Allah and Jesus is the word of Allah and the Bible teaches that Jesus was the word made flesh and the word was God. Spirituality is a religious function to make people seem pious and when the holiday is over go back to a weight system of good out weighs the bad, that’s not going to get you eternal live my friend. Jesus’s price he paid on a cross, to take our place for we deserve to all be killed because of sin, Jesus was the only one who was without sin, God lived in that body he made for himself spoken into the womb of a woman not created by a man, but of a spoken word if God, Jesus/God made flesh so he himself could pay the debt of what Gods law required, a life for sin. God experience death through the body called Jesus, God didn’t cease to be he was separated from the body of Jesus the Christ (death means separation) When we die we go to a place to await judgement, so we are not erased just live in another realm. God being a spirit just went back to the spirit realm when the body of Jesus was killed and that paid the law of sin and death but Jesus took all the sins of all time upon his head like the priest do when they sacrifice an animal they placed their hand on the animal transferring their sin to the animal and it took their place temporarily but wasn’t enough, God wanted to conquer death himself to be a just God and a loving God but he couldn’t break his law, so no greater thing than a man lay down his life for a friend. And he did. But he rose on the 3rd day to prove he was God and ascended back into heaven and has returned back to be the spirit that he was before, but has proved it to all men, isn’t it strange how the most purchased and printed book of all time is the Bible, now I’m not saying people haven’t twisted it for their own purposes but if you read the New Testament and let it speak to you, you will know and have a pease you never knew and eternal life.
