answer to trivia question: The longest verse in the Quran is found in Surah Al-Baqarah, which is the second chapter of the Quran. Great point made by Dr. Tasneem. You know what this universal truth might be called: International Law. You can infer the rest of my thoughts. While it is not exactly the law that was mentioned in the ayah, what is happening is telling of something. They would want to praise it when it suits them, but then 'Cover' it when it does not. And then the ayah goes on to say, "Bear witness that we are muslims", that we would keep our word.

The memorable part for me about Juz 03 is the ayahs that taught us to how to spend money & get money (avoid riba), which is on the end of Al Baqarah. Also the type of ayat (muhkamat & mutasyaabihaat), the literal/easy to perceive ayah and the complex one. Then, the life lesson of Ali ‘Imran 92: we won’t reach the highest kindness until we spend part of our beloved wealth. والله أعلمُ بِالصَّوَابِ 🙏

Quran 30 for 30 - 2:286: Allah does not burden the soul beyond what it can bear: (1) Concessions within the Shariah and ease compared to previous nations; (2) We will be tested unequally in this world, likewise we will be rewarded/judged by the most just. (3) Allah delays the punishment when we sin, and immediately forgive out if his mercy when we repent. ( - 3:26: Allah has the ultimate control over all: He is the Creator, Sustainer, Owner of Dominion, Owner of All Good. Yes we will be tested in this worldly life however, Allah has given us enough faith to bare the hardship believing in His mercy. Also trusting that Allah brings ease those who trust His guidance and hope in Him. It is a big part of coming close to Allah, keeping in mind He is sufficient for us. Understand Allah Azza wa Jal grants whom He wills and takes away from whom He wills. In His hands is all good. It is predestined. This life is about living an objective truth. Our moral compass is taught by Allah in His book, al-Quran. We actually end up finding the sweetness of coming close to Allah and following His commands. There is relief in understanding al-Quran, in praying Salah and numerous duas caters to our need and desires. Know that Allah is magnificent and the l that who we are addressing and seeking help from. Allah knows are intentions, He will not punish us for our harmful thoughts as long as we don't act upon them. That is why we adjust our moral compass towards Allah's teaching and practice them. The relief and tranquility is sure to come. Trust that we did our best and Allah will take care of everything.
