My dear, your concerns, queries are genuine. I advise u to read Seeratun Nabi by Shibli and Sulaiman Nadvi especially Vol. 3rd discussing Janat, Jehnam، and it's eternity. Every human being's final destination is Paradise, because their Originators... Adam and Eve were put in and Shown their Abode ab intio. But everyone will be chastised , purified ,cleansed jete and hereafter to make it qualified for Eternal Life.

i think u r going astray, people who do not follow islam as revealed to them and practiced by Prophet SAW himself will not achieve anything hereafter, denial of his prophethood will lead them to hellfire.. people must follow 5 pillars of islam to attain the salvation without this there is no entrance to heaven. Allah knows best, but ur conclusion that doing good means submission to Allah is invalid, submission to Allah also means being in agreement with what destiny brings to oneself.. so please make taobah and reassess urself, in ur ways to try to being salvation to ahl to kitaab u may b going against the command of Allah, if their are righteous people its Allah who will make judgement for them, Allah has stated in the Qur'an that they are our enemies..
