Don't seem to be listed on his site except mention that there's now a waiting list... I have Monty's Bethnal Green and I love them, particularly each pickup on it's own... I wonder how the Monty's would compare with yours, which sound fabulous

I can't make up my mind about what to keep in this guitar The Dingwalls or my 'Stephens Designs' at the moment its back to the Stephens. What i need is a another Les Paul :) Becuase both sets sound great... but different from each other. I have not tried montys PAF Types..... BTW I just watched a video of you playing a Traynor YBA 1... The sound is amazing one of the best tones I have heard in a very long time!

Great tone and playing. How are you finding these pick ups? I have a set of montys paf(not the greenie set). But I'm not sure whether to buy this instead because to my ears on videos I've watched these sound more vintage than most I've heard. Mojo uk is close as these

How’s the pickups now you’ve lived with them for awhile now?

Hi Mark, For my style and needs these are the best pickups I have played. Can not see another set suiting this guitar so well. (I have played most of the best boutique PAF the pickups out there) There are a couple of winders of sets that I have had that come close, but they did not have all the characteristics that that these have in one package. Also ...as a plus all the other boutique pickups I have tried were also more expensive.

@@coldfishpie is the neck a magnet flip? They sound fantastic 👍🏼

@@markwright9352 I very much think so , having had a few of these PG Types and doing the flip myself. However Allan's is far more than that. Allan did his research and found out what the original winder did. One of the things being one of the coils was originally fixed using formvar wire the other one staying plain enamel. It really makes a difference. It also sounds as if he has would both neck and bridge with a different number of turns which really gives a vocal flavour to every position!
