I love the Ilia skin tint! My absolute favorite way to use it is by mixing it with other foundations that are maybe a bit more matte/dry feeling. It adds the perfect amount of hydration to it and helps my base not cling to my dry patches.

This is honestly the prettiest makeup. The eyes! You look amazing. It’s even worse in Australia to get SPF products approved for sale. The process is so rigorous that a lot of brands don’t bother.

I’ve been really pleasantly surprised with how great Ilia products are. I’m surprised you don’t drench yourself in the skin tint when you’re super dry in the winter months! I find it to be so juicy when my skin is thirsty (ditch that primer!). The skin tint is my go-to quick base and the mascara is so beautiful! One of my fav brands.

I have similar lashes to you, and Ilia also has a mascara that is thinner wand and has a comb-like side that separates that lashes so well. You should try it! 😊💕

The Ilia Super Serum Skintint is my go-to daily "foundation". I mix it with Dr. Jart+'s Cicapair Tiger Grass Camo Drops (to help with the redness) and the Glossier Futuredew for my perfect cognition. Their mascara is also my go-to daily mascara and if I reach for a powder bronzer, I adore their bronzer. While I haven't tried their concealer, it looks beautiful!

Try the skin tint without the primer, and use a primer that you already know and love. Also, try using a brush to apply the skin tint because the beauty blender will literally suck it all up. It’s my favorite skin tint and I want you to love it 😭

I liked the skin tint more when I realized it’s more of a skincare product with makeup benefits vs a makeup product with skincare benefits… the coverage is so light but gives an amazing glow!

I am your 65 year old viewer and I use nothing but Ilia. I use ST 10 Porto Ferro. The color does darken after a few minutes. It’s skin care so I apply it as such. The mascara is wonderful. Great application for dry skin and a healthier glow! I just love it!

I feel ya on the concealer. I was super excited about it because their lightest shade is perfect for me, but it separated and disappeared under my eyes so quickly! Would love to know if you find a way to apply it that works and helps it stay longer! 🌟

As an oily gal, I really enjoy the original skin tint. I haven’t tried the new version but I always like the finish and I didn’t get too greasy looking on me. Granted, I did set with powder, but still.

The ilia skin tint is great! I'd try again with a different primer or no primer. Let the tint sit for a few minutes, it sets!

Love the video, appreciate you showing clean brands. I really like the Ilia foundation, but still not sure about the skin tint. I want to love it, but I just find it so sticky once applied. I have been debating the warm eye shadow palette for so long! The colors look more orange online...is it more neutral brown in person?

I’m the opposite with lip color. I always go lighter. I bought both Ilia mini mascaras last week to try and unfortunately they both flaked and got in my eyes. So I picked up Lune + Aster Eclipse, it’s a tubing mascara, which I’ve never liked but I love this one. It’s a very wet formula so I’ll probably love it more in a week or so. Also using it with their Prep Star lash primer.

I use their multi stick every day in my usual makeup routine (tenderly or all of me). I just added the serum highlighter and I love the subtle glow it gives to the skin. I'm limited on which of their products I can use because of allergies to certain ingredients, but the only miss for me was their liquid eyeshadow (patchy).

Ilia is the only foundation I can manage. The serum!! The skin tint is serum-y goodness (I use as mosty "foundation" as I only hit certain spots, not whole face). So sheer and amazing! @shinyb

As an over eager med student I have a theory regarding your excessive blinking: I think exposure to bright light (like your filming lights) can cause an increase in blinking because the eyes try to adjust to the harsh switching between lighting conditions. I have some Ilia unopened here and can't wait to wear it. Definitely would not prime before the skin tint (the skin tint has so much that is good in it, I fail to see how primer of any kind would help it). Also, due to oily skin I'd go with much less concealer and use a sheer wash of mineral makeup brushed over T and imperfections.
