I love my heatless curling rod. It’s an essential to my life now! I often put it in when I wake up and do my home workout and breakfast and then it’s good to go. More comfy than sleeping in it. If I’m really in a pinch I’ll use the blow dryer and cool shot to speed up the curling. Do you still use the Wellada thick creamy cream in the winter? I would use a diffuser to dry those curls and then use something to set it. If you have soft hair (I do!) you’ll need a little help from products to keep those curls for longer as they tend to drop more easily ❤

I've always wanted to try the sock curl technique, but honestly, by the time I'm going to bed, I'm too lazy, lol. I do like to have a nice shower at night, though. Maybe I'll give it a go tonight & report back mañana. I'll blow dry my hair (which takes for-ev-er), put some kind of light hold styling cream or spray in that won't weigh my hair down, then wrap her up! Your pedicure looks fabulous, as did that facial. Ugh, I so need one! So about the socks.... I'm a sock lover (sshhhh) 😊. My workout socks i replace. idk i would say once a year or just when they've had it. My winter socks, oh baby, I love me some thick, cozy socks. I love knee-high socks, even over the knee or just my athleisire socks, which are nice & thick too. A lot of trial and error goes into finding the best heatless curl routine! These days, I’ve only been doing them to prolong my hairstyle. I’ll do it on 2 or 3 day hair (overnight) if I find my hair is getting too flat. That way I’m using less heat overall.

Try doing the unicorn heatless curls with a thicker curling rod and hair like 80% dry. The rod goes down your middle part so there is no line on the back of your head. It looks like I used a curling iron. Life changing and no heat 😄

I am also highly allergic to my cat and have been giving him the Purina Pro Live Clear food. It reduces the amount of dander he produces and it's been life changing for me! I have mild allergies now which I barely notice. Highly highly recommend it!!
