Where in fact, it was Ima Castro who first sang "Shine" as she interpreted that masterpiece entry of Trina Belamide in MetroPop Song Festival in the mid 90's, I think that was year 1996-97... I was in college then.. then Regine did a remake of that same song and it was used as a jingle for a papaya lotion product. I think it was for Silka papaya lotion, as far as I can recall... 😄
