Secondly, the people in this video are Malaysian, granted Malaysian Indians, but they are not from India, which you seemed to think is a valid reason to post, otherwise, unrelated comments about a two-year-old article. Third, rape is still a problem almost everywhere, it's not happening only in India, it just so happens that India has a very large population so the number of cases of any crime is proportional. Fourth, find a better place to 'advertise' the outdated article you found. Maybe go on Reddit, or not with your level of English as indicated by your 'advertisements'.
