Fitzy came to my primary school assembly a couple times in the 90s and all the students zoned in on what he was saying. Just couldn't believe an All Black legend was standing infront of us. So cool to hear his stories again.

Hey Fitzy good to see/hear your opinions/experience. Your time on the field with all ya mates, great games. great memories. I still have that awesome team jersey I won in a raffle back in the early 90's no 56 I think it is. The first captain to take a team to South Africa & won all 3 tests, that was immense tour & love that period in our All Blacks Teams.

Fitz mentions The Lions 1971 as an inspiration and it takes me back to Matua Primary Otumoetai 1971 . I am English but lived in NZ 1967 -75. I remember well being an 11 year old and seeing the Lions play and beat the Bay of Plenty . Next day at school the lads all shaping up imaginary drop goals and saying 'Im Barry John ! ' 'Im Barry John !' We havent had so much to shout about up here until Ireland took the series .

Get rid of MARK ROBINSON. He's too WOKE! Hes ruining our great national game.(AT RAPID SPEED) Black Ferns are a disgrace. Whats happened to GLENN MOORE is disgraceful. Clubs are struggling up and down the country. Small crowds all levels. NZ rugby is in Crisis.
