Lad, the whole world saw what happened at the last world cup,15 against 14 and at one stage it was 15 against 13, that sending off of Cane was just straight out skullduggery,, and so the big giants beat the hearty guys by 1 point, hardly an equal footing so a lot of people through out the whole World thought.. Anyway let's see what the World champions have got when they come to the heartland for 2 tests 2025..aye , what ya reckon lad ?@@ManuelDumont-l1w

Good game. AB’s fighting hard all game and achieved a winning result. They produced the same effort in the WC final, but unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be. They were the better team in the final without a doubt. 14 men against 15, yeah, that seems to be the only way teams can match the ABs these days.
@jphannu16 сағат бұрын
Discipline is part of what makes a team good or bad. You cant ignore ill discipline and then say a team was better on the day. The same is to say "other than tackling we were better on the day". The better team would take the win
@Fletcher8068 сағат бұрын
@ Discipline is a major factor in whether a team succeeds or not and on occasions ill discipline has cost the ABs a few games. But that doesn’t take away the fact they were the better team in the final, or in other games played. Teams have dominated the ABs on many occasions and succumb to them in the final 5, 10, 15 minutes. In a lot of those games the ABs played with 14 men for 60 minutes. The stats are normally even at the end of those tight games except maybe the penalty count which is normally in favour of the team that has lost to the ABs. One could argue the ABs had a discipline issue and weren’t the better team, but some how they still won. As mentioned discipline is a major factor, but not the overwhelming factor to success imo. How a team responds to adversity and taking their opportunities is the difference between success or not. A game of rugby is also officiated by an impartial group and their interpretation of the rules need to be adhered to and managed. However, interpretations and how the rules are applied can sometimes be detrimental to some teams on occasions. Yeah, depending on the circumstances and how a team performed, I can ignore the ill discipline of a team and say they were the better team on the day even though they lost.

"The red against Sam Cane was incorrrect" "SA was using drugs" "SA slowed the ball down" "SA didnt get a try the ref missed a forward pass" "We had food poisoning" Each loss gets its own excuse it seems. Lest we forget, ABs has been beaten all 4 times in the last 4 confrontations against SA. If it was luck or bad luck, then it wouldnt be 4 in a row. Everyone was laughing at the Springboks during their low time, falling even against Italy but like ANY of these teams, they have ups and downs. So stop making excuses and take the results but take comfort knowing that the wheel is ever turning and ABs time is coming again, or France, Ireland or England. Who knows, maybe even Australia. Joe Schmidt is a genius and Aus showed some moments of brilliance in the Europe tour.

And the whole rugby world cannot handle the fact that right now the Boks are just the best....unstoppable. The pressure brought to bear on the ABs by the Boks at Twickenham and wcup final brought about the ill discipline, and for that reason, the sin bin became your middle name. Beating you 4 in a row was a long time coming.

@marlonchung2407 funny now the ABs talk about rebuilding was never heard before. Personally i think this Bok team would beat the 2015 team quite easily as this same Bok team only lost by 2 points against your mighty ABs lets not forget that Bok team were full of youngsters

The Springboks banked the equivalent of $30 Trillion Rands in the Bank with an outstanding rugby performance for 72 long minutes here! But the thieves from Aotearoa cracked the Safe in the last 8minutes flat with perfection and an unwavering self-belief to steal the game home to the silence of 80,000 Springboks fans at Loftus Versfeld? So even though this is not a good thing to do to your most respected foe, it surely promoted vengeful wishes for the next rugby encounter between these great rugby teams. Don't lose your teeth over it! Its only rugby at it's finest - YaYaYaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!?!

I went down to Twickenham to watch the AB'S play Sa. I left at half time, it wasn't a game of Rugby, it was a total slaughter, the sA fans were utterly vile, repulsive and the match wasn't about Rugby and its Spirit anymore, this game, this team, this crowd this ref, this coach, weren't revered, people were DISGUSTED. That's not Rugby people play and pay a lot of money to see. SA lost an enormous amount of respect for that debacle.

I was there and don't remember any SA fans being vile or repulsive? Maybe you just got unlucky but you'll always have one or two groups from any nation that are unsavoury characters
