Hiii... I have a doubt. I have qualified csir jrf (1st time csir jrf) and currently availing it in one university. Now I want to change to another university. I don't want to take transfer. 2nd time am qualify the ugc jrf and then apply as a fresh candidate in another university with second timetime. My doubt is that, if it the same funding agency(2nd time ugc jrf) then will they provide me fellowship freshly or will they cut the amount which I already availed in the previous university through my first attempt ? Please provide the some information regarding this.

Your fellowship is based on your ref number and certificate number, if you apply with fresh certificate then fellowship will start as fresh only
