I'll suggest Shivers and Atkins, it's more vast or to be very frank I've read Shivers and Atkins more than Meissler and Tarr.

For B.Sc+JAM level preparation, You can go for Puri Sharma Pathania for physical and get Atkins Ebook as well (that you can get for free from internet) Clayden for Organic (its quite costly but worth buying or you can go for ebook of it)
