Basketball 🏀 is "Basketball" 🏀... & "NO MATTER" the player or their 99 Overall ratings on shooting both close range & mid range, etc... will MAKE EVERY SHOT‼️... 🎯 🗣📢 IT'S ALSO ANOTHER METHOD of persuading folks to eventually become annoyed & frustrated with the gameplay 🎮... On NBA2k24, I spent over $3,000 and made over 15 builds. I was having issues with my PlayStation, and all 10 active builds got deleted 2k support was able to retrieve all the builds. Moving forward about a week ago. My files got overwritten, and I lost all my builds again. But this time, 2k support said they could not retrieve a single one because I had made “too many” requests. So now I’m left with zero builds to play the game. 2k is the greediest company and does the bare minimum for its audience. I got 2k25 pre-ordered, but I'm not touching or spending any money we need to boycott these fools.

CORRECTION: 10K VC for 2x IN PARK. You get nothing if you're a REC player. They have geared the vast majority of events to serve Park for REP. Why? Its pretty simple. Boosts and Gatoraide go quick in Park and you can't choose to not use boosts. Its all designed to get you to spend money. Every Wednesday, I play Park with my kid and I have to manage my gatoraide/boosts to make sure I don't have any every wednesday. On an event like Trick or Treat where I get 20-30 boosts/gatoraide, they are gone by the end of the next Wednesday because park games eat them up.

Yeah…. I’m glad I stopped playing 2k. I dropped ‘24 after I made 4 builds and stopped playing in December. I had a bit of hopium and got ‘25, made one build and dropped it after few weeks. It’s really not it anymore, and I’m glad I’m more of hardcore gamer and finding more enjoyment playing other things besides 2k. Plus I work now, I don’t want to do chores in a video game to keep up with teen/content creators/no lifers. It’s bad ethics tbh, taking advantage of everyone who may or may not have financial literacy to know that this is horrible. Because of you since 2K23, limited my builds to 3 in 2K24, so far I am still using my day one build, yes there are many things that happen all the time that makes me want to go and tweak or make a new build, but 2K always finessing us as soon as I do that it will make the new build irrelevant (paint def vs Close Shot/Post Control = 5'9 backing down 7'3 bigs), I will make a second build but that will probably be around season 6.. I waited to see what the game was a bout first.. then I dont think I added the VC until about a week after the game was out.. 2k always gonna be 2k and I dont see any way this game becomes good for the consumer again.. When I seen the 10-15k hats for Vc showed me peak money hunger. This might be my last 2k that I invest in with GTA 6 (Hopefully) coming next year . And even that’s going to be crazy monetized . Last played 2k20. My kid wanted this year, I have a Board Hunting Lob Threat, 87 OVR. I been doing JUST mycareer, no real money. This grind is absolutely foolish and the casual player is going to be struggle to near the high 90s OVR. The rewards for MVP, or game accomplishments is tied to 2k push for us to play SIX SEASONS plus in mycareer. The grind is too insane. 2k25 is ok, I enjoy BUT have yet to wander into the park and rec. Layers of nonsense.

When the game released I was ok from shooting because I was still learning their new shooting mechanics, then after their patch I was shooting lights out until they had to fool with the shooting again. They giving me those 2k24 vibes all over again but with horrible paint defense. This game is definitely meant for slashers and forwards but my hats off you all that’s lights out from 3

The inconsistent shooting is driving me insane. Last night in the rec: my 3pt shots 7/10 3/10 2/7 3/8 4/6 like why! I take the same shots, never forced shots, imma stretch 4 who knows how to get open, and still cant get consistent numbers 🤦🏽‍♂️

Worst 2k since 21’ driving to the hoop is absolutely horrendous. Bricking wide open dunks on top of that. Hop jumpers and dribble pull-ups are basically RNG.

The fact i have a 90 close shot, 89 standing dunk max wing span on a 7’3 build and missing open layups and doing the dumbest animations when i trigger the standing dunk is dumb asf. Not to mention wide open on fast breaks and start jogging out of no where.

The issue is that 2k constantly buffing and nurfing gameplay based on user experience reported via social media, dev input, meta data stats. I'm sure the meta data is monitored by an analyst or team of analyst. I made a 68 sg right before s2 release with good blocking attributes took him to the proving grounds 1v1 and went on a run get blocks etc... next day I play and get a homescreen update hotfix and went 1v1 and couldn't get 1 block.. lol
