I've heard "Twan" but usually it's said because it's their actual name. I have several friends and a cousin named Twan lol. And Yank is a Caribbean think so I think that's why a lot of people don't know it. Like, if you're not Haitian, Jamaican, Bahamian etc etc you wouldn't use it because that's usually what we would call regular black Americans. Especially when we're talking shit.
