Nice footage👍🏻 I finally made the pilgrimage in September 2018. Had a great time, friendly birders, excellent raptor passage. Georgians very friendly and welcoming - i shall return asap. Note to birders - take waterproofs if you get caught out you will get drenched😱 a small folding umbrella and importantly plastic bags for optics snd camera equipment👍🏻 Good luck and i hope to bump into you.....

The shooting has been getting less and less even when they drop low. The message is gradually getting thru to local hunters that live raptors are better than dead ones - much work is being done in the schools and there is legislation to back it up. Hunting is now banned at Chorokoi from 2017 and the Army are down there now. What has to be stopped is the dumping of builders rubble down there. Batumi looked to be going thru a construction boom so something needs to be organised rather than an ad-hoc dumping scenario👍🏻

Hej Zander. Det er en Canon 300 mm / 4.0 - et 14 år gammelt objektiv, som har oplevet lidt af hvert ;-)
