I would LOVE to see more chill, non-theme park but theme park themed videos! It was a great way to switch things up while still being on brand. It's like when Quincy and Breedlove went to SeaWorld and that one hotspot place. I know y'all probably can't breakaway entirely from the theme parks, but this was totally awesome and fun to watch, and I hope to see other iterations of this in the future :).

Cooking is therapy, watching AllEars is therapy... combine the two and you've got the best possible therapy! Spending 80 minutes with Quincy and Emma is always a delightful (and in this video, delicious) treat! So much fun and so daggone funny, too! Rhubarb is actually fantastic and in no way resembles gooseberries. Don’t write it off if you’ve only ever tried the overly sweet gloopy canned stuff - pie made from fresh rhubarb is amazing.

This was a fun one! I’d love to see a cooking challenge series. You could have AllEars or DFB folks compete to recreate/make an iconic park snacks (mickey shaped pretzel, corn dog nuggets, hush puppies, etc.) and then designate judges to rate them on different categories like taste, creativity, & technique. Extra points for presentation!

Don’t be scared of the roux. Just take your time with it. I’m from Louisiana and gumbo is a staple around here.
