Everybody was trying to be an MJ rip off. I personally enjoyed it because I'm a basketball fan and fan of the NBA but it was a low period overall compared to the 80s, 90s and where we are now...even though I'm not crazy about the new rules in today's NBA. I just don't want us to overstate it by saying it was a legendary time when it wasn't. A lot of terrible basketball.
