During his time in the league, AI set ablaze any point guard in his path. The dude was a dagger and he had the basketball IQ of James Naismith. Only thing missing is the ring, which he very much deserves. Hope he becomes a coach sometime in the future and can experience a championship victory whether he's a player or not, he deserves that.

The basketball was an extension of Iverson's arms, it was like a paint brush in the hands of an artist. A.I. crafted masterpieces every time he touched the ball. Watching Iverson zoom past defenders was like watching a motorcycle zoom past heavy traffic on the freeway. Watching Allen Iverson break peoples ankles was like watching a wolf take down a buffalo. Truly the best I have ever scene in 6'0 frame. He had more heart and skill in that body then anyone. Played his career mostly without another star on his team. Can't measure his success with rings not obtained. Still greater then many who did get them. Because they had help. All of them. AI left it on the court during the game...not practice.
