We are losing the very last generation of folks who learned and taught us by the wisdom of God's Word. As a person who is almost the same age as Kirk Cameron, we grew up in an era where our elders were there to guide us. My Grandma was a prayer warrior, she prayed for me before I was even born and she also taught me how the Lord knew me too. I grew up among very strong Christian men and women. I was told once by one of my elders that it was her job now to pass the baton onto to me. Leaving me to teach what I have learned from her about my personal walk with the Lord. When I say elders, I do not refer to them as someone in the Mormon faith, I respectfully mean it in a way towards them as the simple fact that they are my elders. As someone who is much older and wiser than me, who also teaches me in the way of the Lord.
