RESOLUTIONS
1. Resolution to waive the City bid process (APCO 2-284 - (4)) as there is no economic benefit to re-bid the Water Main Replacement contract, and approve the offer from Bricco Excavating Company to extend their contract through the 2023 construction season
2. Resolution to concur with the recommendation of the Festivities Commission and approve the expenditure for a single-sided City of Allen Park sign at Outer Drive east of Southfield/M-39 and a double-sided City of Allen Park sign at Republic Drive south of Rotunda Drive for a cost not to exceed $10,000.00
