OKAY CHORD TIME: His guit-fiddle is tuned down a whole step in case you didn't read the plethora of comments already staying that, I'm referring to the chord names as if they were in E standard tuning. After the Chord name I'm going to name the string it starts on and move UP from there (to the next highest string) VERSE/INTRO 1st- A minor bar chord 2nd- Dminor7 (A string 5-7-5-6-5) 3rd- E7 (A string 7-6-7-9) 4th- A minor based (E string 5-x-5-5) This chord is hard to see, it seems he's simplifying it so it'll be easier to move to: 5th- G (D string 5-4-3-3 You can add fret 5 on A string for 5th below) 6th- F (D string 3-2-1-1 same as last chord add A string on fret 3) 7th- A minor (A string 0-0-2-1) This is a weird one but it sounds okay to me? 8th- THE FUN ONE aka the one you'll mess up every time (E string 4-x-2-4-3-0) 9th- Fmajor bar chord CHORUS 1st- chillin' on that A minor based chord (chord #4) 2nd- moves to Aminor6 (E string 5-x-4-5) 3rd- one more fret (E string 5-x-3-5) THEN it goes back to the 2nd chord of the verse/intro and continues on! EXTRA CHORDS/TASTY STUFF Weird chord @ 1:20 (E string 5-x-6-6-6) this sounds like shite but it looks like he's playing that FmajAdd9 @ 1:28 (the end of the second verse at Allen's sexy run D string 3-2-1-3) Mysterious ending chord (E string 0-0-5-5-0-0) And now you've learned Sleep by Allen Stone! Reply if you've got a better answer for that 7th verse chord I'm not 100% on.

+Kaleb Lee I've actually got a few corrections looking back at this. I realized he actually plays the bass on some chords using his thumb. he wraps it around the back of the neck corrections are as follows: 1st verse chord: instead of a bar chord it's just always the a minor based chord (4th verse chord) 5th and 6th verse chord: He actually uses the thumb wrap technique to play essentially a bar chord for these. 7th verse chord: using the same thumb wrap technique he plays F# on the E string (2-0-0-2-1-0) the thumb wrap is pretty hard to pull off if you've got sausage fingers like mine, but I find it works if one just focuses on fretting the thumb and the lower strings. the bass leading tones really add flavor to the whole thing.

+Kaleb Lee Haha I used to down tune a whole step in band when my director gave me Bb sheet music. He might do it to make things easier when conversing with his horny band mates, but that might be insulting his intelligence. Anyway, the weird chord at 1:20 is a G7#5 (5-x-5-6-6-x-x).

The first chord is Am7 3rd chord E7#9 (X-7-6-7-8-X) 9th chord he uses Fmaj7 (1-3-3-2-1-0) the first time and F9 (1-X-3-2-1-3) the second time before the chorus.
