The day I was working and Pastor came in to Publix let me know God was telling me he's there. I was living saying that my father said when I was young this was not a good feeling. And now he talking about things I need to heat Thanks Pastor Alan. Would have loved a book but I'm always working at Publix but a watch constantly Thanks for the Truth of the Bible. Armour up for Jesus Mighty Name Amen. Shame makes me have a meltdown on self-worth its the most alone feeling of not being good enough I don't matter and the bad part is you sabotag yourself all the time.

I'm a saved believer of Jesus. I'm going through a horrible season or years of depression. Alot of grief loss of my parents, my job of 21 years because of my back injuries I had 2 surguries my ex wife left me for someone else. Now im loney ashamed & guilty . I prayed to God to forgive me for being depressed and shameful . I'm still struggling now does that mean that I'm not saved or not being truthful with God? I don't want to be like this.
