MEEN...POLLI.. .CHATHU in simple means, FISH..BURNED..DIED. Actually it is MEEN... POLLICHATHU ( single word with no break) Pollichathu Means sautéed, fried, roasted with spice paste and oil, and later steamed also. So POLLICHATHU in practice comprises of a few processes of cooking.

@@soumendash3911 the ends should be paper thin and very crispy and middle should be thick. The actual shape is more like concave and a dome in the middle of that make sense 😅
