Yan po ang sakit ko…no high blood, not diabetic n no other health problems except Allergic Rhinitis… i consider myself A perennial case and have been taking Antihistamine when there is an attack. I used to go to the doctor but then…iba iba lang anti histamine ang binibigay …so true that avoidance of risk factors is very important.. your topic is very enlightening! Thanks for discussing this topic. Once in awhile I experienced the symptoms in the morning. I usually take antihistamine before. Recently I bought air purifier that helped a lot. 👍🏻

Loads of thanks Dr. Gary Sy for making this lesson so easy to grasp. During winter in our bedroom, we are using a Humidifier with special SALT mix in the water; it helps a lot at night as breathing is always a BREEZE. Salt is much better than scented oil in using a Humidifier.
