besides the engines, are there any changes to these machines from the Atco/Suffolk ones?

My handlebars are moving about .how do I get to them as I can't get in to tighten them? the cutter is not turning quick because the handlebars are moving as if they are going to come out the machine. I have a allett petrol lawnmower 14l help to get in to the handlebars to fix the problem.

No changes other than the engines. Allett Kensingtons (formerly the Balmoral) stay with the Kawasaki engine. Allett Classics (formerly Suffolk Punch) now have an impressive Chinese 'Loncin' engine. Buckingham and Westminster (formerly Royale and Club) now have Honda's reliable and easy to start GX200, enabling electric start to be dropped from the spec. Thanks for your interest.
