戴上围裙嘉伦为你来做饭~国超第一次制作的有水果、酸奶和坚果的松饼叫涛哥吃过的松饼~猛提示嘉人戳左上角领福袋~嘉伦做了杯加了山楂、燕麦奶叫糖福禄拿铁的咖啡~端一锅香辣虾的大厨任嘉伦~吃饭的时候也要关心辛苦做饭的朋友~春节感三连拍get~ 1. 《流水迢迢》，一身红色是官服，是皇宫里在皇上身边的时候，刚开始是红人，身份不止一个。这个剧吃饭的情节不多，演的都是吃完饭出去的事。杀青特辑里那个头发飘起来是我的心思，那就是我想要的一个镜头，我的想法加导演的拍摄，头发吹了三四遍，武指兄弟拿着风枪，一条条吹的。宣传物料已经拍了。 2. 我都是下午喝茶，但在剧组里不大会。从进组定妆开始就会在一个工作的状态，而一喝茶我的状态就会慢下来，会使我脱离那种一直往前冲的那个劲儿。 3. 超宝的童年：在8岁前都住在学校里，借给我们住的一个地方；根据训练时间赶寒假作业；6岁开始学乒乓球；小学前第一个学的是国画；4岁我学会的两轮自行车。小时候因为住学校里，父母上班的时候学校的老师托管我，然后我就是打篮球和骑自行车。 4. 希望大家过一个慢下来的春节，慢慢体验过节的氛围，体会和家人一起团团圆圆的感觉，也要注意养生，不要吃得太多太杂。团年饭要有包钱币的饺子、海鲜，其他想吃啥就点啥。山东菜都好吃。 5. 保温杯不离手，好几个，比如水、茶、咖啡等，一个杯子里面装一种。在剧组的时候，早上吃完饭然后化妆的时候喝一杯黑咖啡美式。喝过香草、榛果拿铁。 6. 在剧组的时候，三十的晚上夜戏就不拍了，第二天稍微出的晚一点，10、11点。有的组会吃一个团年饭。平常在剧组就是常规的家常菜，有一次我说实在不知道给我吃什么就给我西红柿炒鸡蛋吧，结果吃了一礼拜，我就说咱们换一下好嘛。 7. 听大家叫肉骨茶特意去吃的，挺喜欢；海鲜地道一点的话吃清蒸的，特别爱吃虾。 8. 三愿：身体健康，万事兴隆；幸福安康，与爱相伴；大吉大利，福气嘉满，这三愿挺像一家人的。
