I think this episode really allows people to learn about depression and mental struggles and the importance to be there for someone who is going through something. Rug, i’ve been watching your content for as long as i can remember even opening up youtube. I’m 18 now and i still watch every video. Seeing everything from videos, to podcast episodes, to products you have created has been beyond inspirational. I’m not sure if at any point you feel uncomfortable talking about these things on the podcast, but I really hope you know that you have a powerful fanbase of support that is starting to relate to you more over the years. Though we may not experience things in the same way as each other, i can take everything you and Noah are saying, and use it to better my own life.
