hello i'm Alfred and i argue that despite of the treaties put in to function, both proposers should also include climatic research. for instance among the beneficial countries of the Nile river which among them have a significant resource that they can alternate to improve their climatic status.For example our great land Kenya has several highlands and oceans that modify the climates of the immediate sorroundings. Though they are unevenly distributed, the others should apply the alternative principals eg. planting of trees. However, it was absolutely amazing. Keep up future leaders.

Calm down boys. Why should riparian states look at "other" resources? Sharing is caring? Aye? Egypt has a whole Delta of the Nile. What can the use be? Why isnt that part of the questions and debate? What can they give to us? In Kenya a politician sacrificed his career, Raila Amolo Odinga talked about the basin of rivers that makes up the lake Victoria reasonable water volume. So that River Nile contains the sacrifice of our East African people. Let us come and reason together. No winner or looser here. Its a tie. The treaty was bargained by colonies. I supposed that the world has heard what our little stars are responding to the problems that confront many other problems that were best on tge treaty signatures. And they say now the problems may not be the mentioned countries because the Nile resource was not man's plan to exist and for people profit in it so what was the signatures meant? And so if it can bring problems in the later times so what is needed? Only interventions that comes from positive experiences even negative experience may bring you to the right answer of what to do with that River Nile.
