I bought a lightly used Alliance Paradigm 382RK in August had a few small issues but as these folks said they are responsive and very helpful. We love this Rv and would definitely buy from them again when we trade up! ❤ A fresh approach to a manufacturer who really cares about their products and listens to all feedback!
