I have always wanted to go to the Castle Winery. I’ve been to the other one close by that has great views too. Love wine tasting near Fredericksburg

I saw it said texas heritage vineyard. I just want to make sure we can experience the whole stepping on the grapes at “grape creek” because I plan on going there this summer for my birthday

Most of the wineries have some kind of harvest festival between July and August. You would have to check with each individual winery what exactly that entails and the scheduling.
