People are still clearing 500+ corruption within first week with the same broken ward builds as before. The ward nerf only affected real builds that try to gain ward as intended and are not abusing bugged skill+ item interactions which still give upwards to 300.000+ ward within seconds even if it decays faster. I started a new char yesterday and all I see in chat are people asking what's the best leveling guide they need to follow or asking for leveling services because they want to get to "end game" to copycat this maxroll guide . This is a mostly singleplayer experience yet it is now plagued with bot-like people who act as if it's just another koreean mmo grinder which honestly it looks like to be the case with this 0 content new update that just complicates the same grind we had before.

I'm sorry, what? I'm not sure if you are memeing or what. If you are being serious, ward was very much something that needed to be reigned in. It was merfed specifically in a way where it buffed builds with low ward actually making hybrid builds, which were a meme stronger while having little to no impact up to 10k ward. Even at 10k ward, you pretty much are stronger than all other builds while making all 10k+ ward builds weaker. This was targeted at 20k+ ward builds that had an immortal and impossible to die level of tankiness. I played a build that held 40k ward in 1.0 and it was very much not ok afking in every boss ability at the very high end, only losing 5-6k ward and watching it replenish back to 40k in a second.
