Water (1/4)×4 1 litre of water taken out from 10 litre of water. 10-1=9 9 litres of water remains in the mixture We added 4 litres of water in the mixture 9+4=13 litres of water contains in the mixture Wine :water =27:13 Ratio=27:13 We remove 4 litres of mixture Wine (27/40)×4=27/10 We don't care about water they asked only final quantity of wine only. Total wine 27 litres The quantity of wine in removed mixture of 4 litres is 27/10 27-(27/10)= 243/10 Final quantity of wine in the mixture is 243/10 Initial quantity of wine is 30 (243/10):30 Final answer 81:100 That's it
