ALLIGATOR GAR Sight Fishing From The Bank

Today I went fishing for bait, and the plan was to then fish for alligator gar or big catfish. I initially was going to catch and use common carp, however, the only bites I was getting were from bluegill. I ended up using the bluegill as bait, and this worked perfectly. I casted my four rods out to deeper water. While waiting for a run, I spotted this gar right in front of me. I ran and grabbed one of my rigs and used it to sight cast to this alligator gar.
