Right now as I type this it is 6:35 PM and it is 66 degrees out. it’s been a very strange summer so far. I guess that’s the fun thing about New England but sometimes it can be a hassle when you have plans. Like not many are going to the beach today :)

I'm from New England and Boston is a great place to go to if you're a huge history fan. If you do go to Boston a great thing that involves history is to do the Freedom Trail, you would really love that :)

Loved the video. My parents used to live on the Cape in Harwich Port. I love Nantucket. It is my favorite place. I have been there several times and volunteered at the Nantucket Film Festival.

What a great trip! I lived in coastal Connecticut for years and recently left there and am now in a coastal city in a Mid-Atlantic state. Your video made me miss home! Your husband is right about Nantucket - it is a fairy land. We rented a house there at Tom Nevers beach and it was the most beautiful and serene vacation of my life. Anywhere you lay your eyes on that island is charming. Anyway, glad you enjoyed your MA vacation and thanks for vlogging it!

Hi Alison! My family and I just returned from a road trip that included a visit to Cape Cod, and we also explored Martha’s Vineyard. Edgartown on Martha’s Vineyard is absolutely the coolest little town in America! Next time you’re in the area, you should definitely check out Martha’s Vineyard Island-there’s so much charm and beauty to experience there.
